This is one of the finished ornaments you can make following the simple steps below:
Items you'll need for this Lotto Snowflake Ornament DIY:
1) Snowflake templates (you can search "Snowflake Pattern" and print/cut your favorites)
2) Patterned Paper (I printed out images I liked on photo paper. You can go with any theme you like and can also use card stock or patterned paper from a craft store for this part. Just make sure it's a heavier paper since you want the snowflake to hold its shape.)
3) Lottery Scratch Off Holiday Tickets
4) Double Sided Tape
5) Hole Puncher and Thread for creating the ornament
The first step to creating your Lotto ornament is tracing out the snowflake pattern on your patterned paper of choice. I choose a theme of lottery and cash for my snowflakes but you can create any design you like (sports teams for super fans, graphic prints to go with your home decor, etc...). I used a thin tip marker to trace since it's easy to control and see which is helpful with super intricate designs. :P
When you finish cutting out your snowflake pattern you'll have the perfect backdrop for your holiday lottery scratch off!
Your next step is to stick some double sided tape to the back of your lotto ticket (make sure to avoid the barcode) and place it in the center of your snowflake.
Finally just punch a hole on top and double knot a piece of thread to it (I used a metallic silver) and voile - you have the perfect little gift to give out this Christmas! A great way to gift them is hanging them up on the tree and having friends and/or family pick out their winning ticket. You can also remove the ticket and use these snowflakes again next year and start a fun family tradition!
These are a couple more examples of the designs you can make for your tree.
Buy a mini Chritmas tree and add your Lotto ornaments for a super cute gift that can fit into any budget.
So add a little holiday magic with an Illinois Lottery Scratch Off ticket. You can even gift them to yourself as a tiny treat for finally finishing your holiday shopping.

Correspondingly it is not prudent to purchase a lottery ticket for your neighbor as it could arrive you in an extremely troublesome circumstance if the prize cash is huge and your companion has not paid you the $1 for the ticket. buy a powerball ticket
