lifeSTYLE: BULLSeye

With tip-off just hours away it's finally time for Chicago Bulls basketball and a little bit of Fan-Friendly Street Style. Mixing the athletic inspired trend with team pride I put together a look featuring my Dad's vintage Starter jacket (the original), my favorite studded cutoffs and new clear boots for a modern take on some urban classics.

Mixing vintage and modern details creates a signature style that reps your team with fashion forward finishes.

The Jeffrey Campbell Attina, $155, Solestruck is perfect for pairing with tights and socks this fall.

Distressed fishnet socks and a black beanie complete the street style vibe.

And a tip for finding some great team tees is at your local thrift/consignment store. You can cut up oversized styles for a budget friendly DIY that can be worn with some skinny denim and spiked slippers for a night out at your favorite sports bar.

Let's Go Bulls & Happy Halloween! :)

P.S. Here's a few more ways to style these crazy cool clear boot:

    1. Thanks Angie! They are pretty comfortable (considering that they're vinyl) and without socks you will start to get steam/sweat within the shoe if you wear them for long periods of time. I only wear them for outfit posts or when I get to my destination so I haven't had a problem with them becoming to hot. They also have steam vents on the sides to help prevent this.

They aren't an everyday boot but are definitely a signature piece that will complete your wardrobe this fall. You can also find them at NastyGal.com right now.

I'll be sure to post some more style posts with this shoe (I can't stop playing dress up in them ;P)!
